We respect the rights of creators. Much of AI Prompts Catalogue comes from openly licensed collections, which we credit, and from our members, who confirm they have the right to share what they submit. If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright or other rights, or is not credited correctly, please tell us and we will act quickly.
How to send a notice
Email [email protected] or use our contact form with the topic “Copyright or credit”, and include:
- your full name and contact details (email address and, if possible, postal address and phone number);
- a description of the work you believe is infringed, with a link to or copy of the original if possible;
- the address (URL) of each page on our Site that you are concerned about;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or are authorised to act for them;
- your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough).
We accept notices under applicable law, including section 77 of South Africa’s Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and UK and EU law.
What happens next
- We review each notice and, where it is valid, remove or disable access to the content promptly.
- If the content was shared by a member, we let them know and give them the chance to respond.
- If a credit is wrong or missing, we correct it.
- We close the accounts of members who repeatedly share content they do not have the right to share.
If your content was removed
If you shared content that was removed and you believe this was a mistake, for example because you own it or have permission to use it, reply to our email or contact us with an explanation. We will review it and may restore the content.
Please be accurate
Only send a notice if you are the rights owner or authorised to act for them. Knowingly false notices can have legal consequences.
